Fräscha, nyrenoverade rum och mycket bra läge. Frukosten (som ingår!) var klart godkänd. Personalen i receptionen var på gränsen till otrevlig, fullständigt oengagerad och bjöd aldrig på ett leende. Och så var det väldigt irriterande att de tog betalt för att ringa efter en taxi ($10!). |

Läget var perfekt. Frukosten var enkel men tillfredställande. Lokalen är underdimensionerad. Rummet var bra, men det behövdes fler stolar, fåtöljer och skrivbord. Bra med två fina och fräscha Queensängar. Bra badrum, Gardroben och safety-box var också mycket bra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks! Luftkonditioneringsapparaten var otillräcklig, gammal och utsliten. Frukostrumet var i källaren, vilket kändes lite konstigt. Bätte vore att ha det högre upp i huset! Utsikten, som man inte kan göra något åt var mot en byggarbetsplats. |

Helt klart att vi fick ett nyrenoverat hotellrum med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig. Vårat kolmonoxidalarm började tjuta (batterierna var slut) och då tog det åtaliga påtryckningar innan vi fick det fixat och under tiden hade vi inget brandlarm... |

The cleanliness We booked a room for 3 nights On our arrival, we realised that it was adjacent to a construction site.. We were promised that we could choose a quieter room next morning. We choose one, but the staff changed it without warning. We did not stay for the third night. Your webb site should provide accurate information about special problems such as noise and your staff should keep promises |

Location At 7:00 A.M. construction started for the entire day just outside our window. It was so loud you could npot heart the T.V. |

It was a really nice looking place.Clean with lots of room facilities.Great location.Actually a really good hotel located in just the right spot but without being too much on top of it. It needs something along the lines of a coffee bar.The 'Tapas Bar' open in the evening is small & the 'tapas' really shouldn't be called that-microwaved pizza/chicken wing type food has never been tapas! Staff whilst polite & informative,weren't exactly over friendly! |

spacy room, fine breakfast I would like their internet-connection to be better. Preferably free internet access through television in rooms (incl. email and surfing) or at least a faster connection and more computers in the computer-room. This room should also be located more central in the hotel than in the back of the basement pass the breakfast-room. |
