Świetne położenie, dwa kroki od stacji metra i Brodwayu !! Pokoje czyste i w miare duze. Codzinne sprzątanie b. dokładne. Słychac głosy z innych pokoi. Malutkie okno na wewnetrzny dziedziniec. Poza tym istotnych wad brak. |

easy to get to main sightseeing areas. Free breakfat was OK,but could be better if a cereal was available. This can surely not cost much.?? |

The location. We later told that the bar/lounge was closed - therefore no meeting point for friends. Our room was too hot - room stat did not work. The carpet was shabby. Only a brick wall to look out upon. |

Size of room very spacious and also fact location extremely central walking distance to nearly all main areas in new york In my opinion they could do with a proper lobby area for people to sit and relax especially when checking out that would have a telly and also if they had a bar for people to come back in evenings and relax after hectic day shopping and sight seeing. |

I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff especially the housekeeping - my friend left her mobile charger and since they knew we had our luggage stored at the concierge after checking out they attached it on so when we collected it she was surprised she didn't even realised she's left it and for that I am very grateful to them, well done! |

Way too hot. I couldn't adjust the room temperature; I'm thankful that it cooled down at night or it would have been much worse. |
