Staff was excellent. Josh was very helpful. I know that is his job, but he does it very well. Made our stay much easier.

We had booked and confirmed our reservations well in advance of our trip, yet when we arrived there was no record of it. We were given a room with no view in the back of the hotel. And there was no air conditioning.

It was ideally located, just off Union Square. The quality of the hotel was great. I would recommend to friends and stay there again, if I was visiting San Francisco. The staff were particularly pleasant also.

On the night of our arrival the street cleaning commenced at 4.00 am, in fairness to the hotel this was not their fault. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and the hotel staff were very accomodating. The second room we stayed in was much quieter.

Nicely decorated rooms, free wifi

Small rooms, tv signal is low def on a high def tv (looks terrible) and the wifi signal doesn't reach everywhere.
