Selve værelsets standard var generelt rigtig god med dejligt veludstyret badeværelse og skøn seng, møbler etc. Dog vendte vores værelse mod skakten, med den konsekvens, at vi ingen fornemmelse havde af tid på døgnet eller vejrsituation, ligesom der ikke var mulighed for ordentlig udluftning. Ydermere var der placeret en ventilator på taget lige uden for vores vindue som larmede konstant. Vi synes det havde været rart, om der på hotellet havde været omformer til 220 V, som jo er europæisk standard. |

Free internet, cleanliness of rooms and comfort of bed .Hotel was expensive in US National or international terms, but reasonable in NY terms and is very well located. Very little support form reception (I had a delayed bag situation with airline and wanted the deliverer to sign acknowldging day/time it actually arrived (required by my insurance), but they couldn't manage it,.In general they were not unhelpful, but reception was barricaded behind barriers and they did minimum necessary.Rooms did not have clocks nor coffee makers |

The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The free coffee and complimentary chocolates were also a nice touch. Make it more clear on the confirmation email that the bill has to be paid when you arrive. As UK citizens we don't work on credit confirmations and therefore thought we had paid the bill already. |

reception attended didnt help me while leaving hotel for taxi ı left with luggages and it was really hard to find a taxi in street with luggages |

Location - perfect. I found the hotel to be quiet noisy. There seemed to be a constant sound of air conditioning units from our bedroom window. |

I had a newly renovated room. The amenities ranged from the wonderufully high-end (large flat screen TV, bed, shower) to the cheap and nasty (the wardrobe, bathroom countertop) but everything worked fine and the room was immaculately clean, exceptionally quiet (in the back of the building) and comfortable. For the money, in this location, this is an excellent value. Someone who is not familiar with New York eccentricities may be a bit shocked, but there was nothing to deter me from recommending the hotel. |
