- The entire hotel is not wheelchair accessible; however, the restaurant and public areas are accessible for wheelchairs. Also, there are special rooms with adequate beds and bathrooms for the disabled. 1 person max. can stay in these room types.

Step in to the warmth and coziness of rich woods, vaulted ceilings and a crackling fireplace to compliment your dining indulgences. This 1903 beaux-arts structure - completely and meticulously restored to its original grandeur – is home to Benjamin Steak House and the Dylan Hotel. Originally built as the Benjamin Steakhouse lecture hall, generations of family, friends and neighbors have all stopped in to enjoy great food and libations in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Celebrated as one of New York’s finest dining rooms – your senses will be fully aroused by our Chef’s culinary expertise.

good location in the city

Hotel staff is in general not very friendly.We asked a late check-out, and we got 1 hour more. But they forgot and asked us to leave the room very unkindly. When we told our request, the only answer we got was: oh...ok. We stayed 2 terms in the hotel: 5 nights from 8 to 12 November and 1 night the 16 of November. For the 1st term we paid double the price (+/- 400$), and had a very small room with

Although it was November, and cold outside, the room was very warm. When we tried turning the air conditioner on, we learned it did not work because the Hotel shut off all units in the Hotel for the winter.

Staff excellent, large room, modern facilities, great location

Did not really have any daylight on back of hotel - windows were frosted and not possible to open curtains. Fine for business as not there much but tricky on the weekend as did not want to spend time in room and also did not know what the weather was like!
