Værelset var fint, men aircondition-anlægget var ikke justeret særligt godt, og det var svært at finde ud af at justere det selv. Så enten var der alt for koldt eller alt for varmt. Ellers var værelset meget udmærket til prisen, i forhold til hvad man ellers kan få. Men personalet var generelt alt for leflende, bukkende og skrabende, frem for søde. Det er helt uhørt at personalet har private aftaler med sorte taxaer til kunderne. Jeg forventer som noget helt naturligt at der kun bestilles gule taxaer, hvor man har mulighed for at aftale prisen og regne med at det stemmer. |

good location in the city Hotel staff is in general not very friendly.We asked a late check-out, and we got 1 hour more. But they forgot and asked us to leave the room very unkindly. When we told our request, the only answer we got was: oh...ok. We stayed 2 terms in the hotel: 5 nights from 8 to 12 November and 1 night the 16 of November. Although it was November, and cold outside, the room was very warm. When we tried turning the air conditioner on, we learned it did not work because the Hotel shut off all units in the Hotel for the winter. |

Staff excellent, large room, modern facilities, great location Did not really have any daylight on back of hotel - windows were frosted and not possible to open curtains. Fine for business as not there much but tricky on the weekend as did not want to spend time in room and also did not know what the weather was like! |
