l'hotel è molto bello, di design. è ben frequentato e la pulizia eccellente poca disponibilità da parte dello staff della reception verso ospiti stranieri (che non parlano bene la lingua inglese!) e una certa indifferenza verso i nostri problemi di comprensione della lingua!!! In più volevamo segnalare che saremo ospiti della stessa catena alberghiera a new york (hotel hudson) tra 7 giorni. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere una riduzione minima sul soggiorno a new york vista la fedeltà...ma non ci è stata data risposta!!!anche se non è possibile gradiremmo saperlo... |

Good decoration, nice furniture. Excellent location and service. A little bit dark in the lobby area, but that's just a detail. Pillows too thick but thats a problem in many hotels |

Decor and overall experience was very good. Good location. $300 minimum for tables at the Redwood Room for guests is ridiculous. We would have racked up a respectable bill but had to take our buisness elsewhere... |

On check in we were offered a larger room for an extra $75 a night. We would have like to have seen the difference between the rooms before we accepted. 5 minute International phone call cost $32. What a joke! |

Decor and central location. The rooms were clean. Bathroom was quite small. It was also very noisy in the early morning due to thin walls, banging doors and the chambermaid also started hoovering early. |

Even though I had a confirmed & paid booking and I informed them that I'd be arriving in sfo in a late flight .When I arrived my room was already occupied . They afterwards confessed they have an overbooking policy. They did compesate me for this and credited for the first night I had to stay at another Hotel. Tough after 15 hours flying. Helpful people, nice Hotel but better try to check in early |

The eclectic chairs, the nice decor, the service, the location The beds were hard, the bathroom was horribly small and they charged outrageous prices for everything! $11 for a bottle of water, $4.99 for movies, no free continental breakfast, no free HBO. |
