La situació i l'amplitud de l'habitació. L'incomoditat dels llits, especialment del sofà llit. El mobiliari de la nostra habitació era molt antic (el d'altres habitacions que vam veure, no tant). |

Everyone that we dealt with at the front desk was fabulous! The room was huge and extremely clean! We really loved everything! |

Location, location, location. The separate living room and kitchen were a plus and were definitely a good size for NYC hotels. I thought the front desk staff were not particularly friendly. The bathroom felt much more like an apartment bathroom than a hotel- that is, not as luxurious as expected--although it was adequate. It is also difficult to stop your car in front of the hotel for long to unload luggage as there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. |

The location and the size of the room No wifi (it's meant to be in the business centre but it doesn't work), the business centre is only open M-F 9:00 to 5:30 so it is impossible to check-in online for weekend flights and print boarding cards, etc. The room was shabby and dingy. |

The manager gave me a cut rate due to our unhappiness with the room. There was jack hammering all night outside very thin windows. When we asked for more towels, we were told house keeping had gone home and we could not get any. When we asked for a room change, the room made available to us had a terrible smoke odor. |

The size of the rooms, staff were polite and helpful, and the location was fantastic. The linen could have been cleaner. The fridge was very noisy. |

The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The accomodatations were as advertised, and relatively comfortable. The location was great, and the ambiance off the Buckingham was felt good. While the suite was generally clean, it was a bit dusty. The whole hotel could use double-paned windows to help with street noise and dust. The place could also use some fresh paint. However, for a hotel built in 1929, it seems to be holding up quite well. |

Location and the space in the room. We asked for a room with a new sleeper sofa and we got it. It really wasn't bad to sleep on. The bathroom is in need of updates as well as a fresh paint job. With those, the hotel would be perfect. |

The large lounge and a kitchen, ideal for a family of four. A great location for fifth avenue and central park. The bathroom was small. A little inconvenient with four people using it, especially as the children had to come into the bedroom to use it. |
