Att vi fick byta rum genast efter incheckning då det rum vi först fick hade två separata sängar och i princip saknade utsikt vilket vi hade efterfrågat vid bokningen. Vi fick utan problem ett underbart rum högt upp med stor dubbelsäng och fin utsikt precis som vi önskat. Kaffeautomaten i receptionen var den bästa vi prövat någonsin - kostnadsfritt toppenkaffe av alla de slag, bättre än Starbucks... Hotellet måste troligen ha missat att överlämna ett lyckönskningstelegram till oss när vi gifte oss den 8 november. |

calm @ night and location Renovation works (starting @ 7AM) on the same floor than the second room we booked. Only our room was ocupied on that floor ! |

Room was clean, quiet, modern, in excellent condition & nicely styled. Had a scenic view of the city. The lobby's furniture looks a little shabby, especially the couch facing the main desk. |

I liked the location and the staff the parking was $20 a day which is not that bad for the city. The staff were very helpful with directions and maps and very friendly. The hotel restaurant was great! The view was wonderful and so was the food. I recommend going at or about sunset. The bed was very comfortable for the both of us and slept like logs. The room was very hot. There was an air conditioner however it wouldn’t go to cold only blew out more hot air. The shower did not drain properly. The room is small but for nyc that is typical unless your willing to spend a Grand or more a night. |

Nothing....see below and no one at the hotel smiles....also the contents of the mini bar were warm, never fixed or changed They're not ready for business guests........should credit at least one night's stay.Is this the quality of hotel you represent, if so, take me off the list. I have a long list of negatives....the elevators are much too slow, the air conditioner was not funtioning well, the shower head leaked, sink was cracked,desk lamp impossible to turn on...had to disconect, the windows are not wall to wall, rthe hall is so dark you cannot see to put the key card into the door, room safe is unaccessable...it's on the floor, room not made up by 5PM...poor hotel. |

The hotel was ok, but the internet service was poor. I had to pay > 30 USD for 3 days of internet use and the speed of the connection was at times extremely slow, so slow that I could not access my e-mail via the web browser. Other times, the speed was more or less ok, but it was never anywhere near what I am used to in my office or at home. I think the hotel should do something about this. |

the room was comfortable, but the staff there were so ridiculous. The hotel has construction just near our room, so we require to change another level, however, when we all packed up and trying to move to the new room, we got a really massy room??!! and we wait there for half hour, delayed our plan. They didn't even say sorry for the inconvience. How rude they are! the attitude of the staff, the way they solve people's problem |
