Very friendly, service-minded staff. I wanted to extend my stay for the departure day till 4 pm, and they did not charge me extra for this. |

Centrally located. I know the hotel from former stays. Rooms have been nicely and very confortabely redocorated. Good value for money. |

I didn't like the fact that I wanted to stay one more night, and that they were not able to satisfy my demand, 5 stars hotels are always supposed to try an extra effort to satisfy customer's requests. |
