great rooms, great location, great service and at a very reasonable rate. Will stay there every time we visit Lisbon and recommend to all our friends

Very friendly, service-minded staff. I wanted to extend my stay for the departure day till 4 pm, and they did not charge me extra for this.

No pool or sauna. A bit of a walk from the centre where all the bars etc are located.

Centrally located. I know the hotel from former stays. Rooms have been nicely and very confortabely redocorated. Good value for money.

I didn't like the fact that I wanted to stay one more night, and that they were not able to satisfy my demand, 5 stars hotels are always supposed to try an extra effort to satisfy customer's requests.

Very little

I specifically called reservations after making the booking and even a week before we checked in to confirm that the room had a king size bed as this was very important to us and not detailed on bookings website. I was assured the room did have a king and was disappointed when we checked in to discover it only had a queen. The Ait Con did not work, hotel tried to fix but failed! Very disappointing

We have a small child and the hotel was very accommodating - providing a great cot and bedding, and amended room service menus to facilitate a childs tea.
