Hotel staff was always very helpful, though some of the information given was not always acurate. I chose the hotel because of internet access in the room. During my two days there the connection in the room worked for less than ½ hr. I asked 3 times to have it corrected, and the staff told me it would be corrected, but never did. So I sat in the hotel lobby a lot, where the internet did work. Workable but annoying. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. But there were a few small things that should be corrected: there was a floor doorstop in front of the toilet that was extremely hazardous--both of us hurt our feet on several occasions; there were no hooks for hanging up clothing in the bathroom; the beds were firm but too hard on the back; we had to ask for tissues, which were not usually provided. |

Good location, although rather further from the main tourist areas than we were led to believe from the details on the website. One member of the reception staff was not particularly friendly. |

Room and toilet were spotless. Comfortable bed and cosy bedroom. Breakfast was good as well > scramble eggs, mushrooms, bacon, croissants..you could even have champagne if you felt like. It's about 15, 20 minutes walk to city center. Staff were friendly and helpful |

Helpful staff and very good location. Also excellent food in restaurant particularly at night although the restaurant itself is fine for breakfast but is not really the right atmosphere for evening dining.. The mezzanine floor has an ugly ceiling and the decor is not cosy although it is comfortable for breakfast. However, it is worth trying as we found it the best restaurant we had tried. Room cramped. Mirror outside of bathroom was in pokey little cupboard with no accessible plug. Bed very hard so put spare duvet underneath. Bathrom had very little space for toilet bags! Wardrobe was simply awful and drawers not convenient. Safe was right on the bottom so you had to practically lie on floor to operate it! But it was very quiet. |
