The location was close to Amsterdam Centraal Train station which was a bonus for us because that was our mode of transportation. There were also trams running, and a great deal of pedestrian traffic because of the abundance of eating establishments and shops. We were also impressed by the large variety at breakfast which was included in our room rate; the staff were accomodating and very efficient We just have one comment about our room in particular, that being the carpets were in dire need or shampooing or replacing. |

Central location, ease of access to all areas of interest in the city. Staff also very helpful and friendly. The leisure centre was hard to book at short notice. Could not avail of facilities on offer. |

We stayed in the new part of the hotel and were upgraded to a suite probably because we were staying a week. The room and service was excellent the staff were very helpful weather was also a huge factor as it was lovely The Breakfast in the morning was Brill and kept us going for the day. |
