The staff were correct but impersonal. Not exactly unfriendly but not as open as almost all Dutch people are. Room for a little heart behind the cold smile. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a luggage room to leave bags in which is useful. The rooms were clean and very quiet, and the beds comfortable. the location was fantastic, only 2 mins walk to Leidseplein, yet in a quiet side street. |

THe hotel staff were very helpful e.g. the pointed us to the P+R at the Olympia Stadium which was only 10min by car away and only cost six Euro per day. The hotel was centrally located but in a quiet side street and only just around the corner from Vondelpark. The ceiling height in our basement family room felt a bit claustrophobic. |
