very helpfull reception desk- when I needed a phonenumber she went on the internet to search it for me, and the left luggage service is amazing. The breakfast is well worth it, loads of choice! Safe deposit in t The room is big, clean and indeed on a very very calm street so you can sleep with the windows open which I loved. its only 3 min walk from Leidse Square!! I very much reccomend this place

to step out the bath onto the bathroom floor is high and scary. there is nowhere to hold on to. Maybe the hotel could place a few firm handles on the wall. the towel rack wont hold the weight. Also the television could be placed less then 3m away from the bed.

Staff were generally really friendly and tried to be engaging and helpful most of the time. Breakfast included was good value

I think 10 Euro a day for internet is probably reasonable if compared to other hotels but honestly it is really gouging profit recovery from the traveller. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room is quite inconvenient and a basic should/must have

Very well situated hotel, walking distance to the major tourist attractions, but also in a quiet street. Quite clean. The breakfast which was included in price was made out of very good quality items (although there was not a big selection, but they were more than enough). The personnel was very helpful.

Major problem (if you go there during the Summer): The rooms are not air-conditioned (as far as we could tell, that is quite a common problem) . They provided us with a small fan and since the outside temperature was not that hot, we did not have any problems, but I suspect if the temperature rices over 25-27oC then you are in big trouble! No problem though if you go there from Autumn to Spring

The staff was always helpful. The rooms were basic but comfortable. Very close to a large supply of decent restaurants / casual but tasty.

Excelent location. Large and confortable three-bed room with a private garden on the ground floor. Hotel staff polite ans attencious. Good breakfast buffet for european patterns. Just watch out the fact that many tourists squeeze every single bread on the basket with their hands... and of course, don´t eat them all!

The location,close to Leidse Square for pubs and restaurants and main museums.

We stayed twice, 10 days in between. The second room very spacious but soft matresses.
