Vi valgte hotellet, fordi det lå ned til en kanal. Vi blev anbragt på et meget lille værelse ud til en baggård. Det var deprimerende, og vi syntes, at det var en høj pris for et så lille værelse med så ringe et lys og placering. Man bør kunne se værelsets placering. |

Quiet, with spacious rooms and a huge bed I think tea and coffee making facilities should be standard! |

Only the location. Web page displays false image of hotel. Rooms are inadequate, basic and tiny! The hotel is extremely basic. Its more like a big hostel. Staff were not at all friendly. |

very clean, ok size rooms, polite staff. the price was steep for the quality of hotel. the city's hotels seem to be expensive on the whole though. |

The hotel is located in a very central position. We had an attic bedroom which was lovely but I did feel that there were health and safety issues which could be a concern. There were several low beams and uneven bits of floor which were difficult to avoid. The tv was on a shelf very close to one side of the bed so it would be very easy to bump into it. There were no obvious Fire Drill instructions or emergency exits. |

The Hotel did not have specific facilities that it advertised on the Internet.There is no excuse for dishonest advertising especially when you take out a contract solely on trust. |
