The hotel is in a good central position & the rooms were very stylish & comfortable. The rooms should have a kettle & complimentary shower gels,shampoos etc |

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very close to the club and pubs but it's just outside the area so it's nice and quite for sleeping. Security inside the hotel is really good as well coz if you don't have a key card, you can't go anywhere close to the rooms. The view of the canal is excellent. Rooms are very tidy, ensuite bathrooms are nice and bright and new. Heating is nice and warm. It would be nice to somehow fix the so called "double bed" together. Corridors are a little dark (but that doesn't mean it's messy or dirty!). The size of the room could be a little bigger (but for the location I can over look that small point. Anyway when visiting a place like Amsterdam, all you need is a nice and comfy bed and somewhere to wash yourselves so this really isn't important). |

From the moment I walked into the Hotel the staff was welcoming and polite! The beds were very comfortable and the local couldn't have been better. Very happy with my over all stay in Amsterdam:) |

It was close to many restaurants and a different part of town than I stayed last time I was in Amsterdam. Staff was not particularly friendly or personable. The feeling was that they did only what they needed to do. It wasn't outstanding, just an okay hotel. |

The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all aspects of my stay. The location was terrific. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and impeccable condition of the entire hotel. My only complaint was one, and only one, of the evening concierge lacked knowledge of the tram times. I purchased a one day tram pass so I could take it to the airport based on his information on the tram running times. When I went down to check out I was told I was given the wrong information and then had to pay more for a very expensive taxi ride to the airport. |

is central, easy to walk around i had my window broken, I asked to be fixed or change the room, but nothing happen. I had to stay with tape fixing my window on 2 grC .. even if I complain , they even dont apologise for this. |

The beds were very comfortable. Also the position of the hotel meant that you were centered in the city but it was in a quiet spot. Great for getting a good nights sleep after spending the day exploring. |
