God frukost och trevligt rum. Tyst och lugnt. Trevlig personal. Bra med barnstolar och barnsängar. För höga kuddar. Vi frågade efter mindre kuddar men det fanns inte. Saknade restaurang på hotellet. |

Personalen i receptionen, trevlig och hjälpsam. Ganska stort rum. Läget är bra om man inte vill betala för att bo centralt, spårvagn/buss nära hotellet, affärer, restauranger, caféer och en helgmarknad aldeles intill. Hotellet känns redan slitet trots att det är nytt, trasiga möbler mm. Ingen handhållen dusch. Mycket obekväma kuddar, stenhårda och höga. Frukosten borde ha större variation och personalen hann inte med att fylla på när det tog slut. |

Väldgt fint och rymligt rum, bra med städning varje dag. Bra med kommunikation in till de mer centrala delarna av amsterdam, snabbt och smidigt. |

att det var lugnt för lång bort från centrum... distans mellan hotell och centrum borde stå på hemsidan.... Kartan fungerar för dåligt.. |

quiet hotel,not crowded with efficient staff no bar or restaurant for dinner,quite far from city and only one pillow per person on bed. |

It was totally fine for that price. When I booked in they informed that they couldnt make reservation because of my visa-electron debit- card; but they were very kind; they gave us a room which was cancelled, so we didnt have to find new hotel. thanks for hotel personel in blue square for that !!! |

Rooms were good size and spotless, problem with shower meant we changed room but staff were excellent and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast. Transport links were perfect not even 5 minutes to get a bus or tram to city centre. Good choice as city hotels looked shabby. You cant judge a book by its cover. The exterior is very flat by comparison to hotels in other countries but it seems to be the architecture of the country. The interior by far compensates for the facade. |

The area was quiet and we had a nice view out at the canal on the bottom floor. The breakfast was nice too. Yes, there was no fridge of which is needed while staying in a hotel. |

The room was clean and spacious . The desk staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good quality and diverse. Good tram to centre which ran till past midnight Outward appearance.It is, literally, a big modern blue square hotel, though once inside, it was very nice. The surrounding area, while not rough, wont win any beauty awards. |
