Utmärkt läge, trevligt och bekvämt. Går det att hitta ett bättre och mer prisvärt hotell i Amsterdam? Vi kommer i alla fall att återvända till detta hotell nästa gång vi åker till Amsterdam. Lite svårt att hantera killen som insisterade på att hjälpa oss med väskorna till rummet ("American style"). Vi behövde ingen hjälp, men kände oss manade att dricksa lite ändå. |

The bed was very good. The room was too small, you couldn't even open the door fully as it collided with the bed. The reception needed to contact me about my credit card and locked me out of my room. A message on my room TV would have been a more polite way of resolving this misunderstanding. Instead I was made to feel like a criminal and this soured my whole stay there. |

Very central location Room overlooked the leidseplein, which is nice, but the window is not sealed properly, so you get a lot of noise from the street, which can be not so good on a Friday night if you want to get an early night. |
