rene ryddige rom med nødvendige faciliteter. hyggelig betjening. stille strøk. Bra frokost. litt trang frokostrestaurant, noe ombygging i resepsjonen trakk inntrykket litt ned. Kunne hatt en bar for en avslutning av dagen eller pause før middag, men regner med at denne kommer opp etter ombygging. |

Fin frokostsal med utsikt. Gode senger, til tross for bare en stor dyne (vi var to jenter på tur). Helt greit rom. Rolig og trygg bydel, fin plassering. Ombyggingsarbeider var noe forstyrrende, og badet vårt var ikke helt ferdig, dette førte til oversvømmelse når vi dusjet. Standarden ikke på høyde med bildepresentasjonen. Noe trafikkstøy fra gata. |

Bra beliggenhet. Enkelte i resepsjonen var svært hyggelige.
At vi måtte bytte rom to ganger. At vi til slutt endte med et rom uten badekar, som var avgjørende for valg av dette hotellet. Dessuten var det oppussing av hotellet som gjorde det vanskelig å bevege seg ut fra hotellkorridor og i trapper.

The Breakfast was excellent; housekeeping were efficient. In-room information folders should be translated fully into English. Fixtures and Fittings in the rooms were of a substandard level - for example, the bathroom had been re-tiled to a lovely state but the shower was small and old, and the sink cabinet was damp and looked damaged. |

The hotel was in a very convenient location,clean,nice interior decoration and layout. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bedroom was large,comfortable and nicely furnished. The shower was not very easy to use meaning the water often ended up on the floor. |

Our room was next to the lift and we heard it going up and down all the time. Not that load, but in the morning when you wake up it's frightening :) Also they serve breakfast till 10am only. I know it's normal, but being a tourist and hanging out at nights I only managed to be have one breakfast :) |

Quiet yard side windows (view for me is not necessary, if I can't sleep), so this room was perfectly quiet, hotel in a good location, nice decoration, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Would appreciate just a little bit more enthusiasm for changing bed linen, but that usually depends on individual worker, not a hotel policy in total, which in overall is very nice and quality orientated. |

actually the rom was perfect and the service as well, hotel rules to not bring any food from outside the hotel while tthe hotel it self does not have resturant was little annoying. i thing this information should be include in the hotel information before some body make the booking. second thing , i have made booking for double room and since we have a kid they refuse to give us double room and they gave us triple room and we have to pay 27 euro more |

Good room with a view, a/c worked great!, front desk staff very accomodating, great rooftop view, easy to reach most venues, shower was large and had a pan shower with sprayers, fantastic! requested more towels and pillow, and never received them, needed to exchange dollars for euros on Sunday and hotel had none to exchange, carpet in hallways could be cleaner or updated |

Excellent room at a great rate (about 100 euros per night). Excellent location (about 10-15 minutes to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain). Wonderful decor with modern touches, such as a flat screen tv and triple direction shower. The breakfast was also excellent. Staff was "ok" and not exceptionally friendly or helpful. For example, the check-in staff refused to make a duplicate key for my roommate and I. Since my roommate and I had different schedules, having separate keys was necessary. On two different occasions, the gentleman at the check-in counter claimed that the key-making "machine was broken" -- which of course is a lame excuse. |
