I princip vänlig personal. Läget är lugnt och bra. frukosten var ganska anspråkslös. En dag städades rummet inte alls. Duschen var delvis sönder. Badrummet var opraktiskt. Fönsterluckorna fungerade delvis inte. Internet förbindelsen dyr. |

Väldig dålig service, receptionistener var arroganta, brokiga och inte tillmötesgående. Ofresh väggar, ingen trivsam lobby. Jag hade bokat en delux rum. Rumet var mycket mindre än vad som beskrivits på webben, låset till badrumsdörren var trasig, gick inte att låsa samt ett stort hål på plats för låset....Frukosten var lång ifrån bra kvalitet, man fick betala 3 EUR för en kokt ägg, 4 EUR för en glas appelsinjuce medan kostnader för frukost var redan inräknad i priset. Jag kommer inte rek hotelet men gärna Booking.Com. |

Pris och rum stod inte i rimlig relation. De rum som visades på internet var inte vanliga rum utan enbart sviter. |

Loved the spa bath, just what I needed to ease aches + pains after all the walking, good breakfast on the roof terrace No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also they could only offer a sandwich when ordering room service, and we stood at the bar for at least 15 mins and there was no staff to serve us, so we went elsewhere in the end |

The room was nice delux with jacuzzi I booked a room with breakfast and when we got there you had to pay for toast and orange juice 4 euro for orange juice and 3.50 for toast a complete rip off as toast and orange juice are the most comon breakfast meal 220 euro a night for the room you should have that free I had the romantic pakage flowers in the room with wine we had wine with no bottle opener & flowers arrived later with no vase |

We spent at the hotel the last three days of our Italian vacation. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is right in the downtown, pretty close to the Spanish steps and Termini station. One can easily reach main tourist sites on foot. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Air-conditioning functioned well. We really enjoyed good buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. Grazie mille! |
