the staff were friendly, no confusion with our booking. Breakfast was excellent, a very good choice, hot and cold, cannot fault it. Room was very clean, and was fine as a base. fresh towels, tidied during the day.We were not bothered by noise at night. I would stay there again, a good base for exploring the city. There were 3 - 4 restaurants nearby who served good and not too expensive food. No bar, but there was a fridge in the room with a few bits. |

THe whole environment, close to the main touristic attractions, the hotel personnel very kind, everyone spoke english, gave information about places, etc. The room smelled cigarrettes, although it was for non-smokers. |

The room was tastefully decorated and clean, the location was good. The arrangment of the bathroom fixtures was horribly uncomfortable and I would not book this hotel again for this reason. Hard to believe someone authorized such a set up when the bathrooms were designed. |
