Location – very close to Termini station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Sound isolation is perfect. (If you looking for a quiet place to rest, Hotel Rex is a perfect choise) |

Excellent and nice service (even printed every day news from your country), very comfortable room, good connections with the airport, clean and close to the main visiting points in Roma. |

No frills foyer but excellent service. I liked the "library" and the children's room with toys etc. The dining room was a little small, but not worryingly so. |

Staff were friendly and welcoming and even sent a cake and sparkling wine to our room as it was my wife's and my birthdays while we were away in Rome. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the city and a short walk from the train station. Also a good selection for breakfast. Would definately stay again. |

Laura at reception was very helpful all other staff equally friendly and helpful. As i suffer from claustrophobia there was no problem changing from a very dark room to a brighter one |

The location is very good - close to Termini and Reppublica.The staff were helpful ( especially males!). The choice of meals on breakfast was poor. "Hot" meals were cold.The carpet in the room was old and dirty. |
