Beautiful hotel and very spacious room and bath. Great location on a handsome avenue yet only 3 blocks from train station. Advance booking allowed us to pay half of going rate; otherwise could not afford such a grand hotel. |

The location is good. The price of drink in the hotel is very expensive. The cleaning staff ignore the "do not disturb sign". On the morning we checked out housekeeping called twice and rang twice before check out time. Couldn`t wait to get rid of us! |

excellent hotel!, very italian with stunning rooms and elegant reception room. the hotel is centrally located for sight-seeing, vatican visit, and shopping. the bar is a lovely place to have a vino sante after dinner. all members of my family loved the hotel and i would highly recommend a stay here! |

Very Pleasent Hotel - It is so central that its the best point of access to everything in roma from Metro to buses citysite bus opera major churches Etc. 1.The Isolation of the rooms in the street side is poor so there is a lot of noise - but i changed to inside room and it was perfect ! 2. The breakfest is very very basic - so after 3 days you cant touch almost nothing - beacause its the same ham & Eggs and coffe and 3 kind of salami no vegtebels at all! |

This is a historic, elegant hotel - built in 1865. I walked around a took many pictures of this beautiful hotel. Our room was upgraded to a jr. suite because when we arrived there was some confusion about our reservation and we had to wait for about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location, close to metro. Front desk staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good-many choices. Everything you purchase while inside this hotel is very expensive. Two glasses of ice and a bottle of water were 8 Euros. Internet service was 15 Euros/day. |

Great hotel. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! Most of the hotels in italy offer only coffee and brioche. But this one had eggs, bacon, juice& coffee bar, all kinds of cereal & fruits. The best part was breakfast starts from 6:30am although it was always ready earlier and they let us start eating even from 6am which suited perfectly with our schedule. Thx to booking.com we only paid 100euros! The room door needs repair. It closes and locks. But it's loose enough even for me to break in. |

We liked the location as it was very central. Impressive hotel with good sized rooms and very clean, We had a room to the front of the hotel overlooking the main road and at 7.30am on the saturday morning were awoken by roadworks. We would have appreciated notification of these works on our arrival. On the day of our departure we were woken 3 times by hotel staff, even after the do not disturb sign was placed. They rang our room and the maid knocked twice before 9am. We left early due to this |
