Good location for the Vatican and tourism. Very good and helpful staff. It did cater to tours so there was a lot of bus traffic and large groups in the foyer. However, the worst part was, for the price, the room was very small and, more importantly, the fan/air/heating was very poor....couldn't cool down the room which meant you had to open a window and, therefore, pick up street noise. Adequate but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Size of the room (for Roman standards) Rooms need urgent renovation (dirty walls, windows, etc..). Price- supplement of 37 % for room-rates on a wednesday (Vatican audience day) if you're not interested to attend an audience. |

The rooms were larger than most European hotels. Location was excellent and staff was very accomodating. Did not have an electrical adapter for guests to use or buy. Internet service was very pricey and did not account for time used properly. |

Very close to Vatican City (ideal). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms were in bad need of a renovation - they are run down. Hotel staff quality varies widely; had to avoid "help" from certain staff- members altogether. One person, in particular, tried to charge us more on several occasions, including the promised price of the room! |
