tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Location close to railway station. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Clean and modern bathroom with bath tub and shower combination Breakfast would be better if there's more choices on hot food. The four mornings we were there - it's always scramble egg, bacon and sausage. Could add in harsh brown or fried eggs. |

Location is good for traveling by train, besides, this hotel is very stylish. The only thing I don't like is the staffs of front desk are rude, and hardly smile to clients. |

The executive room they upgraded for us (after complaint) was quite nice, and looked as shown in the website. The Superior room picture in the website looked too good, the real one was awful, and not worth the money spent at all. Anyhow, the breakfast was great and staff there was very nice. The tall and white staff at the hotel front desk was unfriendly to us, and gave us a bad room. And that's why we had to ask for an upgrade with extra payment at will. |

Good location not far from Termini. Value is consistent with a four-star hotel. Excellent breakfast with hot food option (egg, sausage and bacon) available together with usual continental option. |

The rooms were clean, front desk staff were helpful, breakfast was varied, walking distance to the train station. The hotel was "international". You wouldn't necessarily know that you were in Rome/Italy. Quite expensive, but it seems those are the prices in Rome. |

The room was very quiet and comfortable (superior room). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated very central (stazione termini is reachable afoot). The beds are excellent - these beds are highly recommendable. Instead of drinking standard coffee at breakfast you should order an espresso - it made my day! :-) |

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and very comfortable. I liked the thign that the rooms have different kind of lights and you may choose what to turn on or off. Pilows very comfortable and you falling asleep as soon as you put your head on them! The bar in the loby is really great to have a glass of wine in the evening before going to bed! Sometimes the receptionists were not customer oriented. But I think this is a problem of Italian service in general (I have to say this). Anyway most of them were really helpful. |

helpful staff, great breakfast, good location to trains and buses good size rooms as well as quiet for the amount of activity outside in the am abit pricey but that's Rome We wanted non smoking rooms but only 1 of 4 was a non smoking room. Bar was very expensive compared to just down the street |

Excellent location ! - practically within walking distance of all of the main areas of interest, with the exception of the Vatican and the Collusiam - which are only a few stops on the Metro. Very nice, clean hotel. Just one major downfall - the temperature of the room ! Now I appreciate that my experience may be an isolated one - but the air-conditioning in our room was out of order, the room was excessively hot - to the extent that on our first nite there I became severely dehydrated and spent the following night in hospital. The importance of air-conditioning in good wroking order cannot be over-looked ! |

Excellent position of the hotel.Nice, freandly reception staff. Very good hotel restaurant. Also we received perfect recommendations for restaurants in the neiborhood. Our staying (5 nights) was excelent! Thank you. Room maids are not the best. They can easely leave the dust on the shelfs or forget to wash up glasses in the bar. All the rest was good. |
