ホテルスタッフの対応も良く、受付にある地図を片手にヴァチカン、トレビの泉、スペイン広場などへ徒歩で回る事が出来ました。 |

ホテルの各部屋にセーフティーボックスがあると言うことで料金も妥当だし申し込んだにもかかわらず、部屋に入ってみるとセーフティボックスが備え付けられておらず、フロントデスクにそのことを申し入れると「そんなはずはない。各部屋に備え付けてある」と言い張るので、一度見に来るように行って初めて、私たちの部屋にセーフティボックスがないのに気づき、すぐに部屋を変えてもらった。 |

立地は、近辺には食料品店やレストランなどが多く便利です。テルミネ駅近辺以外はほとんど徒歩でまわれました。3日間の滞在でしたが初日に散歩がてらサンピエトロを見学、帰りがけにもう一度行ってみるとミサがあって法王に会えました。 日本や外国からの団体客で朝食がごったがえしていました。 |

地下鉄の駅からは、少し距離があったが、バチカン美術館には徒歩で行ける距離だったので、よかった。

location, service, excellent price/quality ratio, excellent breakfast, pretty much everything. and i consider myself a very well-travelled person... none. everything was exactly as advertised, in fact, it exceeded my expectations for the price paid. |

Location is superb, 10 minutes walk to both Spanish steps and St. Peter's Cathedral. Nice neighborhood. Very good buffet breakfast. The price of internet access is very high. Rooms have not been refurbished for a long time, but are generally nice. |

staff was very helpful and usually friendly. When we called the front desk for items we needed they were very efficient. Location was very good. when we needed maid service the maid didn't always restock our room with all the towels or soaps needed. Pillows were much to flat,but they were happy to bring us extra. Too much street noise at night, buses dump truck and cars. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would request a room that is not on the street side. |

Desirable location since it's relatively close to the Vatican and the Spanish Steps areas. Room was quite spacious for the four of us. Bathroom was a bit dated and did not have any hooks for hanging up towels, etc. The room was a bit dark with only one small window that looked out to the back of the building with no view. |
