Hotel staffs at the reception and breakfast room were very kind and working efficiently to give us comfortable feeling. There is no car parking space as usual in London. |

Location There was no shower facility (not acceptable in the 21st century). Dishes and cutlery for breakfast were very dirty (you could see on them remains of the food consumed by the previous person who used them. I am 52 and have stayed in many hotels and eaten in many restaurants. I have never seen anything like it. Absolutely disgusting. |

The cleanliness and the quiet room.The location is fantastic.You have everything in the southaptom road, 1 minute from Russell Square. The breakfast is awful.The hot water in the morning you have like 2 minutes hot water after that you will get the bath with cold water. |

The room was confortable, the tv screen was big an the breakfast wasn't bad It has no mini fridge and free wiifi in the room. I ask a room in the 3 rd floor with views, and they had me a room in the 2nd floor without any view. The price was tooo expensive to this kind of room, in spain a Hotle like that never should cost more than 50 euros. |
