The location is excellent. (13.7.2008) There was a trainee clerk at the counter, who was extremely not-service oriented. You should train your clerks to a better customer service already from the very beginning. |

The location was fabulous. We could walk to so many places and the surrouding area was alive and enjoyable. We felt safe. The concierge advised us that we could only go to Wimbledon if we paid 2600 pounds each for a ticket. We enjoyed center court and did not pay 2600 pounds. We were not impressed with his lack of knowldge about Wimbledon. |

Location was great. Lobby was impressive. Room was tiny but complete in furnishings. Great deal on breakfast in one of the hotel restaurant. Website indicated that the hotel offers no air-conditioning; this summer has been quite warm and air-conditioning would have been nice. |

I did not need a huge room, but I did need a quiet and comfortable one.
If you're tall, be careful standing up in the shower!

Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Accessability to all important venues and tourist sites. Noise from generators was a little bit annoying. |

Everyone was very helpful, particularly the luggage man who carried our cases to the street and called a taxi, then placed our bags inside for us. Also the location was perfect and excellent value for money. |

excellent location Concierge desk can and did really rip us off financially. Charged way too much for theater tickets and transportation too airport. Found out we could have gotten both much cheaper at different locations. |

Staff was attentive. I had a room the size of a shoebox. It was on top of the restaurant air conditioning units, which made noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The room was the size of a shoebox, which even for a single was small. In my opinion this hotel trades on reputation and location. It seems focused on travel groups and English customers looking to get wasted in London. |

It is near theatreland Service at pre-show dinner was lousy and could have made us late . They refused to give me an invoice on check out as they said you would send one by e-mail . Not received yet . Bad practice |
