Room was fine. Staff at reception and concierge friendly and helpful, but not in Breakfast room.

Breakfast layout very ill thought out and but could be easily remedied. Lifts were VERY slow, always lots of people queueing and getting aggitated.

This hotel was very central and convenient for travelling around on the
tube and also for walking to the theatre district. They also allowed us
to check in a couple of hours early.

There was a lot of outside traffic noise at night, but to be expected
due to the location.

Room was just too small for 2 people staying for a week. It was prbably a single roon with a double bed leaving too little space round the bed and no reading light on one side.

It was very central and so it was the ideal location for sightseeing and
shopping. We had no problems with the hotel at all, and when I'm coming
back to London, I'll be staying in this hotel again guaranteed.

One minor thing that I would like to point out is that the rooms do tend
to get very warm. During my stay at the hotel, the window was open as
much as it could be from the moment we arrived, until we left. Air
conditioning would be a big help

It is centrally located.

The shower tiles give a dirty impression. The wash hand basin was
cracked which surely holds germs in it. I am convinced that when I put
the towels in the shower tray for replacement I was given used ones. The
same situation when we arrived at the hotel, one of the towels was dirty
instead of the expected fresh towels.

the easy going way of every thing

The room was extremley hot had no ventilation,i am 6 months pregnant and
it was most uncomfortable. We could not find the pool we asked for help
and were told to get in the first lift after going up and down twice we
gave up. The vending machine did not work on 4 floors there was no room
service and overall I have recived better service in a 2star hotel.
