Location only Everything. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff, dirty room, the most uncomfortable bed, the bed was very small and also was placed in the smallest space - wall to wall where you had to go to the bottom of the bed to get out. The sink was hanging off the wall, the shower blocked, the wireless internet didnt work, lights were broken in our bedroom,fire alarm went off |

The central location. The old building is well insulated for sound. As a light sleeper this is a great benefit to me. The staff were friendly. I did not eat dinner there as unlike breakfast the restaurant was pretty empty and the selection of food seemed like it was like a cafe rather than a restaurant menu. |

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfect, however a little small. The location is excellent very central 3min walk to the tube station.Really enjoyed our stay. |

the beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm. We checked in early - about 10.30 am which meant we could have a rest and a quick cup of tea before going back out! Lovely breakfast. Good value for money. |

the closeness to our theatre and a reasonable price. The staff looked bored and uninterested in their jobs, a smile would have been good once or twice. It was very impersonal service. The corridors were noisy at night and house keeping knocked on the door on sunday morning twice at 9.30 and a bit later when we were still in bed. We were not due to check out until 11am. |
