Nice clean rooms very helpful reception staff and very nice attitude. room was very well decorated and has the best shower in a hotel in london that i have stayed at. when i checked out, it took 20 minutes as there was only one person on the desk and it happened to be busy. It was not anyones fault, it was just a pain standing in a cue to check out. |

When I booked this hotel I booked a smoking Room, when I arrived I was told I had a smoking room, when I was given the room key I was told that the room was not a smoking room and that there was nothing that could be done to rectfy this. My on line booking confirmed that it was a smoking room and the fact that my credit card details were used to secure this booking seems to mean Nothing. |

The location was excellent.The breakfast was excellent.The staff very helpful & friendly.Carvery poor. The rooms were small & dark.We had two rooms one classic double & single.The single was extreemly small & dark,to the point that one had the feeling of claustrophobia.I was overcharged for two breakfasts which was dealt with swiftly at reception. |
