場所は抜群によくいいホテルです。このホテルからヒースローに行くならビクトリア駅からパディントンまでバス移動をお勧めします（地下鉄は階段しかないので）。シングルですが部屋がとても広いです。他のホテルと比べてコストパフォーマンスはよいです。 Do not disturb の札を下げないとメイドが30分起きに部屋を掃除しようときます。さらに平日の午後に普通のホテルスタッフまで「部屋がちゃんと掃除されているかチェックします」と訪ねてきたりと、ちょっと落ち着かないこともありました。 |

Location, friendly & efficient staff, good breakfast, elegant enviroment Actual room (double superior facing the royal mews) was far more modest that the images on the site depict. Misleading pictures bring disappointment. Not a very clever hotel policy because other than that the room was indeed functional, clean, well mantained with elegant details |

excellent and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, central location, romantic atmosphere, room decor, bathroom amenities, fluffy towels and bathrobes, extra comfortable bed; I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone minor things: room could have been larger, but it had one mirror wall which made it look more spacious, no minibar |
