Absolutely fine for our purpose which was to find somewehre close to Albert hall. Excellect continental breakfast ,surpassed what I expected- lots of choice and no limit if hungry!.Rooms at back of the hotel were very quiet for London. Ventilation could be improoved ? Thanks you. |

Only location close to underground station. Cold room. Turning the heater valve to 'max' made it slightly warm. No heater in the bathroom. Squeezing floor and doors. Cutlery during breakfast not clean. |

How close it was to everything ...the tube, restaurants, grocery, etc.. The staff was very helpful. Even though it was a non-smoking room it did smell cigarette smoke. |

close to a circle line's tube station, in walking distance from a venue where the concernt I wanted to go to took place, good price/value ratio the window could not be completely be covered by the curtains and I found the light from the neighbouring rooms a bit too much, but there was nothing one could do about that |

It was average, so there was nothing particularly outstanding. Poor quality bathroom with stained toilet, cracked sink and very dirty taps. the facilities in the bathroom were difficult to access as it was so small. |

Surprised by the virtual absence of food/meals/snacks after breakfast. Vending machines could have offered much more. I was only there for a single night, to watch Burnley play at Chelsea, but from conversations with other fans, I didn't seem to have gained anything of note by paying my £xxx, when many paid £80-90 elsewhere in the area. |
