Det var väldigt rent. Fin restaurang och bar. Jag tyckte att upplevelsen var medelmåttig. Rummet var inte färdigt när vi anlände, inga morgonrockar eller tofflor fanns på rummet som det utlovats. Drinkar i loungen såg vi ingenting av och på kvällen kom en städerska in på rummet med nyckel. Väldigt obehagligt. Dagen efter var det män som putsade fönstret och de tittade in i vårt rum, ingen hade informerat oss om detta och städerskan var påträngande. Hon gjorde även samma sak dagen efter, vi kände att vår integritet kränktes. Ingen minibar fanns på rummet som det utlovats och inga levande blommor som på bilderna på bokningssidan. |

Location is very good.Room is good ,too. We had been stayed for for nights. The breakfast is no change--everyday is same. You need to be careful for your room price, sometimes they don't follow the booking.com's rate if you extend several days. |

Great location. Room quality was excellent. Housekeeping services first class. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well. Lifts very slow at peak times. Reception and concierge facilities need to be expanded (long cues at peak times, however, the service was good). Fire alarms sounded several times for no apparent reason. The in room TV Internet and email system was hopeless - fortunately there are lots of internet cafes in the area. |

the approachable staff at the front desk one of the bartenders tended not to be operating in the best interest of the customer, had to ask repeatedly for drinks, challenged on the availablility of food in later evening, told to order room service as he would like to close the kitchen, atlhtough there was 15 minutes before closing time |

The staff couldnt do enough for you. Absolutely superb, i cant wait to go back. Its just a shame there isnt a good cheap parking facility |

We were impressed on how sound proof the rooms were. We upgraded to have the availability to use the executive lounge, on both the days we were at the hotel this was not available to us on both afternoons. we did go to reception to discuss but reception was busy so we let it go. |
