L'habitació era molt confortable, i amb unes vistes impressionants. El servei de recepció solament saben anglés i d'espanyol res,aixó si parlaven més a poc a poc per poder entendrel's.El servei de menjador al vespre , el menjar molt bó ,peró has de tenir molta paciencia de plat a plat ,ja que tarden molt alhora de servir. |

Excellent location, lovely studio room. Air conditioning didn't work so room was very hot. Long queue for breakfast. Wine very expensive, service was slow at dinner. |

The location of the hotel is perfect This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and on each occasion was offered a room i did not book as they had over booked double rooms and wanted me to have a twin. I refused on both occasions and eventually got what I wanted. The breakfast was also overpriced and not very good. Best eat out for breakfast lots of places near by which are fantastic and not expensive! |

location was good, room was very nice and well presented Restuarant too small for the amount of people and we were rushed, but the quality of the food was very good. Room service took 45 minutes, and when offered a selection of pillows the wrong ones was brought, not enough ventilation in the room and it became very stuffy. Lifts were chaos |

The staff were knowledgable, efficient and friendly. The room itself was fabulous and it was seriously good value for money. I wouldn't fault it in any way. |

great location. good breakfast, plenty of it and hot. nice modern room. staff were great, very pleasant and helpful. the lifts were very slow. queue for brekkie was extraordinarily long. |

My room had not been clean and reviewed before my arrival. It was missing soap, water, TV was not working, Internet has failed. Lifts not sufficient. |

When we arrived at 9pm the reception told us that room service was the only option for food, when in fact the bar served food until 11pm, we felt this was a money making ploy, only part of the stay that was disappointing though. |

it was very accessable to all the main attractions in and around the city I found that it would have been great to have fire systems connected to a strobe light for deaf customers, so they would be made aware of any fires within the building.also when we stayed at this particular hotel staff where unaware of our presence in the room had I have been deaf and not heard the room service at the door I would not have known they were there I suggest doorbell with lights |
