i liked the location of the hotel which is just a few minutes away from paddington station in london city, and the good clean furnuture of the room

i hated the reception of the hotel which didnt represent a 4start hotel. i also disliked the size of the room which was very tiny u could barely turn around even!!!!!!!!! adeceiving s to me after a long flight and not to the roo rate expectations. the lifts took ages to get to my floor though i stayed on the 1st floor, and if i had taken a back wing there was no lift at all!!!

nice and handy for Hyde Park. I saw poor reviews about this hotel with regards to the comfort - but although the rooms are very compact, they were clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was poor. The bed was really not comfortable. The staff was not helpful. The hotel is not worth the money and I do not know why it has got 4 stars.
