Club Room is very comforrable. Complimentary Mineral water and soft drinks are very useful. When chek-in, advantage of club room is not explained by staff, howevrer I found the letter which explained in details in the room. |

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. This hotel stated 4 stars? We were 'Up Graded' to a 'club Suite' Across the road away from hotel, The suite had a tiny bed and tiny shower room which seemed to be moulding on the ceiling. |

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful as well. The hotel facilities need to be improved in the sense that if something is reported in the room which is not right, that needs to be sorted out quickly before a guest comes in. The guests should be made aware of the emergency exits in case of an emergency. This shows that the hotel management cares for their customers and leaves a good impression on the customers.Too much noise as well. |

The room was tiny and we had been informed that this was a room upgrade. The bed was smaller than standard 4'6 . The worst however was the mattress. This had collapsed on one side. I took a photograph and showed the staff but to date I have not heard any more. I am looking into cancelling my credit card bill for this room. I was absolutely disgusted. |
