Attention to detail when cleaning tea cups in the room would be much better.

Executive dining room
Noise from outside. You need to reinforce the glazing on the windows as it doesn't currently shut out the outside noise especially with the building work so near.

The pricing of local phone calls was outrageous as an 18 minute call
cost me more than 24 pounds.

The checkin experience was really terrible - over an hour till I got a
room, including an assignment to a room which hadn't been cleaned. The
checkout experience was marginally better, but still involved a long
queue. The place felt like it was all about gouging money at every step
- not a single hospitable gesture during my stay there.

The bed it was massive, the bathroom was great, Not sure I would have paid the full price. I phoned and was told £380 by you but book off line last minute at at £262 plus dinner first night and breakfasts. Why not let the rooms go direct with special offers. The price we paid we would stay more often in London just for a break.
