I was pleasantly surprised at the number of tv channels available,also the wifi access although the wireless keyboard wa not working very well

The spacious room, nice bed, great bathroom, large towels, and ideal location. For over-priced London hotels, the 99-pound rate for Friday night/weekends was definitely value-for-the-money. I would definitely return there with my family.

The entrance is not well marked, being swamped by the Burger King sign next to it. Plus, knowing the address is 27 Euston didn't help much, because many doors lack numbers (and the London street signs don't indicate which numbers are in which blocks). Therefore, look for the Burger King sign, then you'll eventually notice the subtle Megaro sign next door.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were of a very high standard. Hotel was very central for the underground and mainline stations. The room that we had was to the back and was nice and quiet. Although we were in a busy part of london, we felt very safe.

The shower screen was not large enough which caused the bathroom floor to become very wet.

Friendly accomodating staff

The hotels position, opposite St. Pancras, is excellent however arrival by taxi is not easy due to the railings on the roadside. The taxi had to drop me on an adjacent side street.

The room was very well appointed with excellent fittings.The food in the restaurant was very good.

The taxi driver was unsure of the location. We walked past the hotel twice before we found the entrance !

The room was exceedingly comfortable in every respect. The hotel staff were invariably courteous and helpful

I found it difficult to use the television set. The controls were confusing and the remote control did not always work. The internet connection was a little too slow. The continental breakfast was not good value for money.
