Situated just minutes from London's Limehouse station, these luxurious, contemporary apartments are within easy reach of the City and Canary Wharf.

Marlin Apartments are stylish, spacious and comfortable and many have striking views across London. They offer easy access across the capital and come with many benefits, including: complimentary broadband, Molton Brown toiletries and Sky Freeview.

Mission Court is situated within a short walk of London’s finest riverside areas and traditional Docklands culture. The local area is newly rejuvenated and full of character. Restaurants, pubs and bars line the River Thames and offer excellent views over the tideway.

Room information

The emphasis is on light and space, with all apartments boasting large picturesque windows, most with floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room. Apartments are 10 times the size of a typical hotel room. There is a weekly linen change.

For stays of 3 nights or more you will receive a complimentary food and drink hamper.

Area information

The Limehouse Basin Marina is known as the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of the inland waterways network. The beautiful 90-berth marina has excellent modern facilities and is surrounded with restaurants, bars and traditional London pubs. The internationally renowned Regent Canal Dock, built in 1820, is the oldest dock still operating as originally planned.

At Gordon Ramsey’s ‘The Narrow’ you can enjoy fine dining and gourmet cuisine in a warm, relaxed environment. The emphasis is on good quality food with traditional real ales and ciders. Admire the riverside views of the Thames and dine on a classic British menu.

The Wapping Project is an extraordinary site in the East End. Wapping Food is housed within a converted hydraulic power station and is theatrical in its approach to both food and the arts.

Payment Information:
Payment made via a credit card is subject to a 3.5% surcharge; 4.5% for AMEX cards.

Sofa Beds:
A sofa bed can be made up in each of the apartments and will cost GBP 58.75 per week. Marlin Apartments will need to be informed if you require the sofa bed.

Children:
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.

Maximum Occupancy:
Please take note of the maximum number of people allowed per apartment. Marlin Apartments will charge you if fail to keep to this limit.

Terms:
Marlin Apartments wishes to highlight the following terms, which apply when you make a booking.

In addition to the rental rate, you agree to be charged by Marlin Apartments in the event of any additional charges, including damage beyond normal wear and tear, or other events listed before arrival by Marlin Apartments.

A fee of GBP 117.50 will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the check-out date. Should any keys be lost or stolen, or should the client fail to check out by 15:00, Marlin Apartments will charge the full cost of an emergency locksmith, plus any replacement locks/fobs required. In the case of the above, Marlin Apartments reserve the right to remove a guest’s belongings from the room and accepts no liability for resulting loss or damage.

Marlin will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property.

On rare occasions, Marlin reserve the right to relocate any booking to another apartment of similar size and standard in the local area. Marlin accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the guest in consequence of the relocation.

Check-out after 10:30 will result in a GBP 50 charge from Marlin Apartments. Check-out after 14:00 will result in a charge of a full extra night.

There was no tv connection (as no cable) - then when I got a cable it gave me itv but not bbc 1/2. there was no corkscrew in the room. Also no instyructions re what to dial to speak to Reception. Went down to reception, & given 100 number ot call for reception. But called for many minutes many times & no response. However, having said they would sort out theTV they did turn up within 30mins

Staff at the desk were good/focused/helpful. The room was immaculate, but missing on a couple of key areas as above.

Convenient Location to Excel

Not particularly although very disappointed that I had booked a 2-bedroom apartment and they could only offer me 2 x 1-bedroom apartments; severly let down and luckily for them my friend who was travelling with me had to cancel at the last minute

this was my first time staying in an apartment usually i would stay in a hotel but after this weekend i will be staying with marlin apartments everything was perfect we were amazed at how nice the apartments were

Our apartment has good facilities and was close to local amenities - local bars, restaurants, takeaway, grocery shop, and a 5 minute walk to the train station. These made our stay enjoyable.

It was not as big as we had expected - the diagram on booking.com relating to the size of the apartments was misleading. The apartment we stayed in was very nice but not bigger than an average hotel room.

Well i was never rang about my hotel been not booked when i got there i was told that my booking never went through and i had to trex across london city to yhe head office to pay for the room.

I had a perfect stay, a suite for the price of a hotel room. Only the shower pressure was a little bit poor. Nice location, close to the city, Underground nearby. Car parking on the weekend was no problem.

There should be ashtrays in the nice courtyard !
