Decoration...both of room and Bar and Restaurant. Location of hotel is of course fantastic. Barman and Concierge were very helpful. The Manager (I think he was the Manager...maybe the owner?) was pompous and arrogant displaying aggressive and threatening behaviour. Really put a damper on what was otherwise a most pleasant stay. Pity. |

It was well decorated (modern). The beds were very comfortable. The position is excellent! I would have liked a kettle for tea/coffee making in the room. |

Staff were friendly and the room was kept very clean. Door staff were very hepful & cheerful. Hotel location is excellent. No one in their right mind would pay £20 for a breakfast when there are a large number of quality bistro's, restaraunts & cafes only 50 yards away. Would stay there again without hesitation. The room was lovely but very small, this was not a problem in the room itself but the bathroom was small enough to be uncorfortable. The lifts were very slow and quite shabby. |
