Useful staff, good breakfast, no fuss.The location is excellent for Central London. The wrong newspapers delivered to room on both days (Financial Times and Sunday Telegraph instead of the Times and Sunday Times as requested. |

Stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful, convenient having a car park. Evening restaurant meals could be improved on. Consistently only fair. |
