Londo is always exspensive. But This hotel is almost same price as reguler tokyo business hotel. Next time I will visit to Lonodn I might be booking this hotelロンドンはすべて高いですが、東京のビジネスホテル（東横イン）とかと同じぐらいの価格（少し高いですがロンドンなので）で清潔さもまぁまぁなので、次にロンドンに行くときも泊まるても良いと思えるクオリティです。 |

地下鉄駅から近く、バス停もとても近い。スタッフの対応は素晴らしい。部屋は綺麗にメイクアップされていて、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。 朝食はバイキングで、種類が多くとても美味しかったです。 また是非利用しようと思います。 |

ヒースローExpressのPaddington駅から近いので便利。 Breakfastが充実していてよい。Subwayの駅、バス停も近くて便利。 Bookingの際に、Hotel宛てに"Please arrange a twin-bed room"と連絡したのに伝わっていなかった。 |

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the hotel was wonderfully warm The queue for breakfast. We missed it because we were earlier but I felt sorry for several people on Saturday November 29th who waited in line for breakfast when it seemed there were plenty of empty tables |

Room is very dark and depressed. The feeling of the whole room, especially the shower room decoration looks like going back to 80s even 70s in last century and this is not good enough to keep the customer having a good living mood inside as well as being charged the unbelievable high level room rate, say 150 pounds. If you are really willing to accept customer feedback, this is absolutely helpful. |
