Room is very dark and depressed. The feeling of the whole room, especially the shower room decoration looks like going back to 80s even 70s in last century and this is not good enough to keep the customer having a good living mood inside as well as being charged the unbelievable high level room rate, say 150 pounds. If you are really willing to accept customer feedback, this is absolutely helpful.

the location was great, only a few stops from Oxford Street

The staff were very friendly. Considering the hotel was very busy the breakfast arrangements worked quite well with plenty of choice of hot & cold dishes which were regularly topped up although they did run out of glasses/plates for a short time.

The bar prices were expensive to the extreme and put us off wanting to have a second drink & we did not visit the bar again during our stay.

Easy of access and near by facilities

Very poor standard of food and expensive drinks. Lack of attention by serving staff

air con was rather noisy

Reasonable location and quite big. Easy to check in and out. Reception staff very helpful.

Seeing Supervisors yelling at their staff in the corridors. Kettle hidden in bedroom - didnt find it until moment of departure. Difficult to open door of room.
