Quietly set back from the road, in a private terrace, the hotel is accessible via all of the major routes in and out of the heart of London.

Each room has a plasma TV, heated mirrors and under floor heating in the bathrooms and beds with head boards.

Good clean hotel

Size of the bedrooms was very small. We were only staying the one night so there was no big problem but a further night would have been testing! There was also a very long wait at reception both checking in and out despite only 1 person in front of us

It was modern decour - comfortable and clean - an ideal single room.
Just what I needed. I would definetly use the Hotel again.

I got stung with the telephone service. I wanted to ring my partner in
hospital. A 6 minute-43sec call cost me £11. 48p. I was flabbergasted!
It was obviously a premier rate line but I did check the hotel info and
did not find any pre warnings about using the phone. It would be really
helpful to prewarn people in advance.

The Club rooms are well appointed with nice amenities.

The rooms are comfortable for one person but quite small for two. A double room, which should have two individual beds with adequate separation, is instead comprised of two beds pushed together. This may be desirable for couples but is quite alarming for business travelers who mush share quarters with colleagues. Fortunately, the couch was large and comfortable.

Location

Their website said they had a bar, however the bar had no alchohol lisence. The rooms were not very clean, and I found alot of hairs. I got ripped of for dry cleaning; they charged me £10 per shirt when I know for a fact that the dry cleaners they use only charge £3 per shirt. The breakfast was over-priced.

The room was tidy, modern and clean. It's close to Oxford Street, Edgeware Road etc.

The noise levels! The computers were right outside mt room, and their was a man on the computer until 6am the next morning, typing and coughing away! There is no kind of sound proofing. I could hear the people above me having a shower, walking and talking! Wouldnt reccomend if you want a good nights sleep!

Location was great.

Aspects of room needed repair. Window sill broken. Basin did not drain. Bed was not even a double but rather three quarter with one side pushed against wall making getting in and out difficult.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good for getting around central London, Paddington Station was right behind the hotel.

The A/C unit in my room constantly turned on and off. The A/C unit also leaked onto the floor, creating a big wet spot on my rug. The single room is quite small and the bathroom is even smaller.
