They include the elegant Wharncliffe and state-of-the-art Woburn Suites which can both seat 450 delegates theatre style or 350 people for dinner. Meetings at Russell Square is a purpose built business centre offering extensive facilities for meetings of 2 to 90 people, with dedicated on-site technical and secretarial support.

A good hot full English breakfast included. Very impressive hotel from both outside and inside.

Our room was on the inside centre of the hotel windows were frosted, would have been nice to have had an outside room, but understand we booked late so didn't have the choice.

location (near the tube ) and queit

Internet connection is usually free, in this hotel it cost 20 GBP for half an hour of wireless or 20 GBP a day for wire line. this is the only reason i will not come back there

Food was quite good

Very tired hotel nowhere near as good as the Midland in Manchester say. Poorly staffed and managed with a couple of exceptions. Very poorly staffed and supplied bar especially considering I was at alarge conference. They must have lost a fortune by missing sales. When I complained at the reception the male receptionist yawned in my face. Very poor!!!!!!!!

The staff of the hotel was very helpful and the interior if the hotel is beautiful, especially coupled with its central location

Nice Central location. Clean rooms, Pleasant helpful staff.

Any special requestes were ignored, Room was quite small for rate paid - only £238 for 2 nights but ther is better value in London
