Located 1,6 Mile from Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and just 45 minutes away from central London, the hotel also boasts easy access to the M4 and M25 motorways, and is just 15-25 minutes away from attractions such as Windsor, Legoland and Kew Gardens. An open-air CCTV-monitored car park is on site.

During your stay you can take time to relax in the hotel bar, which features plasma-screens and Sky Sports. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant, La Table, which also offers an all-you-can-eat buffet. Ibis Hotel to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (every 14 – 24 minutes):

Buses start at 04:15, 04:55, 05:15, then every 20 minutes until 15:15, 15:43, 16:03, 16:15, 16:43, then every 30 minutes until 22:13 and 23:20

Hoppa H56
Ibis Hotel to Terminals 5 (every 20 minutes):

Buses start at 04:22, 04:42, 05:02, then every 20 minutes until 15:42, 16:05, 16:35, 16:50, then every 30 minutes until 22:20, 23:27, and 23:57.

If you are travelling to Terminal 4, you should take the service to Terminal 3 and transfer to the free Heathrow Express train service. Additional time should be allowed for this transfer.

The cost is GBP 4 each way approximately. One child aged between 5 and 15 years may travel free of charge with an accompanying adult. Children under 5 years of age travel free.

Check in at reception was speedy. Receptionists were helpful. Restaurant was open for long hours and a variety of reasonably priced food was available. There was a very nice friendly woman on the till at breakfast. The hotel was warm and clean.

The beds were too narrow and there was very little space between the single very firm beds.

My wife and I did not like anything about the hotel. The room was only fit for a single bed, the double bed took up 90% of the area. The bathtub was dangerous - I slipped when getting in to have a shower as the tub slopes and this was not indicated.

Convenience and access to Heathrow. Room bare bones and a bit cramped, but all that was needed for an overnight stay near the airport. Reasonable food. For London, the price is quite good.

I was told on checking in that if I wanted to have dinner and breakfast I would have to pay in advance. I was irritated as I didn't know how much or what I wanted to eat. When I got to the dining room, I was told that I would have to pay again. Explanations were not clear. I am waiting to see my Visa, as I appeared to pay twice, though I was told one was an approval.

hotel heating system has problems. Room was too cold. There is a thermostat in the room but had no function. Only the hotel could change the room temperature by affecting the temperature of the air forced into the room.
