The Hotel is really closed to the tube station of earls court, open 24 hours, there are many good places to eat and drink near it. the staff is very kind. All mornings I've received a free copy of the newspaper out of my door.

The room, even if it was the junor suite, was very small (as it is usual in London), the building itself wasn't so beautiful from outside (a facade of concrete and smoked glass windows 1960s). A good place if you find a discount rate!

proximity to tube

front desk staff were inefficient - initially allocated us a single room. Then given a not-well-cleaned unbderground room. Television did not work. Porter exempt from criticism.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was minutes fromEarl's Court tube. The room had all the facilities for a very comfortable stay.

The food menu was limited and I had difficulty finding anything I liked.

Everything was great... very good value. The reception staff were very helpful.

My room was in the basement and had no window - brighter lighting would have helped in the morning.
