Location They were unable to reconcile the correct names with our booking number on check-in. I was left making suggestions on how it could be rectified whilst the receptionist did very little except tell me it didn;t match up. |

Good location, nice hotel, will be going back I was not happy at paying £3.25 for a standard 330ml can of Coke, I fully understand mini bars are more expensive but through this was over expensive |

the staff was very helpful and friendly; the location of the hotel was great, just 300m from the metro station (London Bridge Station); the room was comfortable and very quiet; tea facilities in the room; fast and large lifts; alarm clock/radio with support for external mp3 players (worked great with my iPhone); comfortable bed the wireless internet was rather expensive (but very fast!) |
